Marinade For Fish Steaks And Kebabs Recipe

• 1 c. soy sauce
• Juice of 1 lemon
• 1/4 c. dry sherry
• 2 tbsp. finely minced or possibly grated fresh ginger
• 1/4 c. finely minced green onion
• 1 garlic clove, chopped
• Healthy pinch of cayenne pepper
• 1 tbsp. freshly grnd pepper

1. Combine all ingredients in a glass or possibly ceramic container and mix well.
2. Makes about 1 1/2 c..
