Smoothie Salad Recipe
- 1 lg. (approx. 29 ounce. can) pears
- 1 sm. lime Jello
- 2 (8 ounce.) cream cheese, softened
- 1 c. whipping cream, whipped (or possibly 3/4 of 8 ounce. Cold Whip)
- Drain pears, heat juice and mix with Jello.
- RefrigerateJello till about "half" congealed; beat in cream cheese.
- Add in "paper-thin" sliced pears; mix in whipped cream (or possibly Cold Whip).
- Chill.
