Rose del deserto cookies
- 125 grams flour
- 125 grams almond flour
- 2 eggs
- 180 grams unsalted butter
- 150 grams granulated sugar
- 16 grams baking powder
- 150 grams corn flakes
- 1 vanilla extract
- 1 pinch salt
- 100 grams raisins
- Mix softened butter, sugar, salt and vanilla extract until creamy
- Add one egg at a time and keep stirring
- Add almond flour
- Add regular flour and baking powder together
- Add raisins (depending on the quality perhaps you need to rehydrate them into hot water before using)
- Use a spoon to form small balls of dough and roll them into corn flakes, then press
- Bake at 180 for 15minutes, leaving enough space to allow for spreading
