Olive Oil Granola
- 3 cups Old Fashioned Rolled Oats
- 1/2 cups Raw Pistachios, Hulled
- 1 cup Raw Pumpkin Seeds, Hulled
- 3/4 cups Maple Syrup
- 1/2 cups Extra-vigin Olive Oil
- 1/2 cups Packed Light Brown Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 teaspoons Ground Cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoons Ground Ginger

- Preheat oven to 300 degrees F. 2.
- Mix all your ingredients in a large mixing bowl until combined.

- Spread out mixture onto a large parchment paper-lined baking sheet.
- 4.
- Bake for 45 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes, until golden brown and well toasted.
- 5.
- Once cooled, transfer to an airtight container for future snacking.
