Chicken Spaghetti Casserole Recipe

  1. In 3 qt dish mix chicken, water, onion, celery, green pepper, other peppers, salt, garlic, poultry seasoning, parsley, Worcestershire sauce.
  2. Cover and microwave on high for 30 min.
  3. Remove chicken from broth, debone, chop into chunks.
  4. Set aside.
  5. To broth add in olives, mushrooms, wine and spaghetti (broken in small pcs), warm water and butter.
  6. Microwave on high for 15 to 20 min, uncovered, till tender.
  7. Put in 7 x 11 inch casserole or possibly 4 qt dish.
  8. Fold in Parmesan cheese and chicken.
  9. Sprinkle with cheddar cheese, then bread crumbs.
  10. Microwave on high for 8 min, covered with wax paper to prevent spattering.
