Lou Ham And Cheese Ball Recipe
- 2 (8 ounce.) Philadelphia cream cheese
- 1/2 pound sharp Cheddar, shredded
- 2 teaspoon grated onions
- 2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 (2 1/4 ounce.) deviled ham
- 2 tbsp. parsley
- 2 tbsp. minced pimento
- 2/3 c. minced pecans
- Soften cream cheese in large bowl.
- Add in cheese, onion, Worcestershire sauce, lemon, mustard, paprika, salt, ham, parsley and pimento.
- Mix all - refrigeratetill hard.
- Shape into large ball or possibly small logs.
- Roll in pecans (pushing firmly to embed pecans).
- Wrap in foil and chill overnight.
- This also could be frzn up to 3 months.
