Lou Ham And Cheese Ball Recipe

  1. Soften cream cheese in large bowl.
  2. Add in cheese, onion, Worcestershire sauce, lemon, mustard, paprika, salt, ham, parsley and pimento.
  3. Mix all - refrigeratetill hard.
  4. Shape into large ball or possibly small logs.
  5. Roll in pecans (pushing firmly to embed pecans).
  6. Wrap in foil and chill overnight.
  7. This also could be frzn up to 3 months.
