Easy! Meat Sauce
- 150 grams Ground beef
- 1/2 medium Onion
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- 2 tbsp Red wine
- 2 tbsp Water
- 2 tbsp Ketchup
- 2 tbsp Beef stew roux
- 1 tbsp Japanese Worcestershire-style sauce
- Put the olive oil in a frying pan, and saute the ground beef until well browned.
- Add the onion.
- Saute until wilted.
- Add the red wine, and stir until it has evaporated.
- Add the rest of the ingredients and simmer until thickened.
