Paradise Parfaits

• 1/4 cup Maxwell House Cafe, French Vanilla Cafe Instant Coffee Beverage Mix
• 1 Tbsp. hot water
• 2 cups cold milk
• 1 pkg. (4-serving size) Jell-O Vanilla Instant Pudding
• 1/2 cup thawed Cool Whip Whipped Topping
• 1 cup sliced fresh strawberries

1. Dissolve flavoured instant coffee in hot water in medium bowl.
2. Add milk and pudding mix; beat with whisk 2 min.
3. Stir in Cool Whip.
4. Spoon half the pudding mixture evenly into 6 dessert glasses; cover with strawberries and remaining pudding mixture.
5. Refrigerate 1 hour.
