Sweet And Sour Meatballs

  1. Mix meat, eggs, crumbs, onion, parsley flakes and Worcestershire sauce together.
  2. Season to taste.
  3. Shape into meatballs and bake at 400u0b0 for 15 minutes.
  4. Drop into sauce and heat thoroughly.
  5. Mix cornstarch and sugar.
  6. Stir in reserved pineapple syrup, vinegar and soy sauce until smooth.
  7. Pour into skillet; cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until thick and boiling.
  8. Stir 1 minute.
  9. Add meatballs and pineapple bits; heat thoroughly.
