Portabella Mushrooms With Rarebit Filling

  1. Place mushrooms on a baking sheet and drizzle with the olive oil.
  2. Grill until done to your liking (I like mine well done).
  3. Mix all other ingredients and stuff the mushrooms with the mixture.
  4. Grill until golden and bubbly.
  5. Serve on top of a green salad.
