chicken and rice bake

  1. preheat oven to 425
  2. In casserole dish mix together cream of mushroom soup and chicken broth
  3. Add in packages of rice give a quick stir
  4. Season chicken with your favorite chicken seasoning
  5. put either whole or sliced up chicken breast on top better if you slice it
  6. cover top of casserole dish with tin foil place in oven
  7. cook for 35 to 40 minutes remove tin foil cook for an additional 15 minutes
