chicken and rice bake
- 2 lb boneless skinless chicken breast
- 1 can large can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can chicken broth
- 2 packages chicken rice sides
- preheat oven to 425
- In casserole dish mix together cream of mushroom soup and chicken broth
- Add in packages of rice give a quick stir
- Season chicken with your favorite chicken seasoning
- put either whole or sliced up chicken breast on top better if you slice it
- cover top of casserole dish with tin foil place in oven
- cook for 35 to 40 minutes remove tin foil cook for an additional 15 minutes
