Bubby Maizes Cake Recipe

• 12 x Large eggs
• 3 c. Sugar Half tsp. salt
• 4 c. Flour
• 1 c. Orange Juice
• 1 c. Oil
• 3 tsp Vanilla extract
• 4 tsp Baking Pwdr

1. Mix Large eggs, Sugar and salt very well (preferably with a beater) Once this mix is fluffy add in the Flour, Orange Juice, Oil, Vanilla and Baking Pwdr.
2. Mix very well.
3. Bake in 2 Large 9 X 13 cake dishes or possibly 2 large round cake tins.
4. You can also make c. cakes from this mix.
5. This cake is a never flop, popular cake.
6. You can even add in some cocoa to half the mix.
