Avocado and Octopus with Wasabi
- 1/2 Avocado
- 80 grams Boiled octopus
- 1 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Vinegar
- 1 1/2 tsp or 5 cm Wasabi paste (from a tube)
- Cut the avocado in half.
- Cut up half of it into easy to eat pieces.
- Rinse the octopus quickly, and cut into easy to eat pieces.
- Put the soy sauce, vinegar and wasabi in a bowl and mix together.
- Add the avocado and octopus, toss, and it's done!
