Fresh Berry Rhubarb
- 4 cups sliced rhubarb
- 12 cup sugar
- 12 cup water
- 14 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 cup sliced strawberry
- 1 cup blueberries
- Heat rhubarb, sugar and water to boiling in a small saucepan; reduce heat and simmer, uncovered, 10 minutes or until rhubarb is tender, stirring occasionally.
- Stir in cinnamon and cool; stir in strawberries and blueberries.
