Mom's Oven Rice

  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. In a large skillet or pan, saute onion and green pepper in oil.
  3. Add mushroom soup and heat.
  4. Stir in rice and beef consomme.
  5. Pour into a greased casserole dish.
  6. Bake uncovered 1 hour stirring a couple of times.
