Spinach and Feta Pockets

  1. Heat oven to 450 degrees F.
  2. Heat dressing in large skillet on medium-high heat.
  3. Add onions and garlic; cook 5 to 6 min.
  4. or until onions are crisp-tender.
  5. Add spinach; cook 3 to 5 min.
  6. or just until wilted, stirring occasionally.
  7. Remove from heat.
  8. Stir in cheese and pine nuts.
  9. Divide Perfect Parmesan Pizza Dough into 4 equal portions; roll each portion into 6-inch circle on lightly floured surface.
  10. Top with spinach mixture to within 1/2 inch of edges.
  11. Fold each dough round in half; pinch edges together to seal.
  12. Place on parchment-covered baking sheet.
  13. Bake 20 to 25 min.
  14. or until golden brown.
