Franks and Beans
- Two 16-ounce cans vegetarian baked beans
- 6 to 8 links soy hot dogs, thinly sliced
- 1 tablespoon light brown sugar
- 1 1/2 to 2 teaspoons prepared mustard, or to taste
- Combine all of the ingredients in a large saucepan.
- Bring to a simmer and cook briefly, just until everything is heated through.
- Serve in shallow bowls.
