Bbq'd Trout by a True Oregonian
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 12 tablespoons dried onion flakes
- 1 12 teaspoons fresh lemon
- 18 teaspoon garlic powder with parsley
- 1 dash liquid smoke
- dill (optional)
- 2 -3 trout
- Mix first 5 ingredients, let stand for at least an hour.
- Prepare your fish, I fillet and spread mayo mix on meat.
- Wrap in foil, grill on med-high for 3-4 minutes on each side, depending on the size of my fish.
