Philly Bircher Muesli
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 250ml apple and mango juice Whole Foods 2 ea For $4.00 thru 02/09
- 2 sundowner apples, grated Safeway 1 lb For $0.99 thru 02/09
- 60g block PHILADELPHIA Light Cream Cheese, cubed
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 cup hazelnuts, toasted and roughly chopped
- 1 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen) Whole Foods 3 For $10.00 thru 02/09
- extra apple slices to serve Safeway 1 lb For $0.99 thru 02/09
- nectarine slices to serve
- Combine oats, juice and grated apple.
- Leave to soak for 1 hour or overnight.
- Stir through Philly*, cinnamon and hazelnuts.
- Spoon into serving bowls.
- Garnish with blueberries, nectarines and extra apples slices.
- Serve.
