Crispy Prawn with Lemon and Asparagus Sauce

  1. Add 1 tablespoon lemon juice to prawn, add salt and pepper as needed.
  2. Stir.
  3. Add salt and pepper to flour, stir.
  4. Dip prawn into flour, deep fry until golden brown.
  5. In other pan, heat butter, add garlic.
  6. Then add asparagus, milk, 2 tablespoon lemon juice.
  7. Stir.
  8. Add salt and pepper and the last add scallions.
  9. Remove from heat.
  10. Put crispy fried prawn on plate, pour lemon sauce and ready to serve!
  11. Serve with potato mash or rice.
