Chocolate Cheesecake - German Chocolate Cheesecake

  1. Mix cake mix according to directions, set aside.
  2. In a separate small mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar, til smooth.
  3. Add eggs, beat on low speed til combined.
  4. 1/2 Pour batter into greased 9 x 13 pan.
  5. Gently pour cream cheese mix over batter.
  6. Gently spoon remaining cake batter over and spread to edge of pan.
  7. Bake at 325 degrees (175 C.) for 70 to 75 minutes.
  8. Cool for 1 hour.
  9. Make frosting or use your favorite recipe.
  10. Spread over top and make a crowning glory of coconut and chopped nuts
