Black Tie Chuck Steak Recipe
- Garlic
- 2 tbsp. oil
- 1/2 c. red wine vinegar
- 1/3 c. catsup
- 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon dry basil, crushed
- 2-3 pound chuck steak
- Mix first 7 ingredients.
- Place meat in plastic bag, pour in mix.
- Marinate meat in refrigerator 6 hrs or possibly overnight, turning several times.
- Drain meat.
- Grill over medium heat.
- Brush with marinade occasionally.
