Chicken Cashew Casserole Recipe
- 3 med. size cans chow mein noodles (save a few for topping)
- 3 cans cream of mushroom soup
- 8 whole skinned, boned, cooked chicken breasts cut into pcs
- 3-4 ounce. cans cashew nuts
- 3/4 c. broth from cooking chicken
- 3 c. minced celery
- 3/4 c. minced onion
- Heat oven to 350 degrees.
- Mix all ingredients together except noodles.
- When ready to bake, add in noodles, mix well and top casserole with reserved noodles.
- Bake 45 min in 9x13 or possibly 10x14 pan (best size).
- Serves 12.
