Grilled Italian Shrimp

  1. Mix olive oil, vinegar and salad dressing mix in cruet or small bowl as directed on envelope.
  2. Thread shrimp and salami on skewers.
  3. Place kabobs on greased grill over hot coals.
  4. Grill 5 to 6 minutes on each side or until shrimp turn pink.
  5. Remove from skewers.
  6. Arrange cheese slices on platter; top with shrimp and salami.
  7. Drizzle with dressing mixture; sprinkle with basil.
  8. Serve with bread, if desired.
