Wisconsin Cheese Crispies

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients.
  2. Stir by hand until well blended.
  3. Wrap dough in plastic wrap and chill for 30 minutes.
  4. Preheat the oven to 325F.
  5. Form dough into 1 inch balls and place on a lightly greased baking sheet.
  6. Using a fork dipped in flour, flatten each ball in a crisscross pattern.
  7. Bake 12 to 15 minutes, or until lightly browned.
  8. Remove from pan and cool on a wire rack.
  9. Store in an airtight container.
