Sticky Turkey and Brie Panini

  2. Heat a panini pan over medium high heat, add olive oil to coat.
  3. (A panini pan is just a glorified skillet with heavy lid if you dont have one, just use a non-stick skillet and something heavy to press the sandwich down.)

  5. Split ciabatta roll and spread 1 tsp.
  6. of Sweet Hot Chile Glaze on each slice of bread.
  7. Place 2 slices of Brie on each slice of bread.
  8. Pile turkey, tomato slices and spinach on one piece of bread, then top with other slice of bread.
  9. 3.
  10. Place sandwich in hot pan, press down with lid.
  11. Cook for about 3 minutes, or until bread becomes crispy and cheese begins to melt.
  12. 4.
  13. Flip, and press down lid again.
  14. Cook for another three minutes, or until cheese is good and melted.
  15. 5.
  16. Remove from skillet, slice in half and dig in!
