Low-Fat Frozen Cherry Ice Cream Bars

  1. Preheat oven to 350F.
  2. Prepare a 9" pie pan with cooking spray and flour; set aside.
  3. To prepare crust, combine graham cracker crumbs, walnuts, jam, sugar, and cinnamon in a mixing bowl.
  4. Press into prepared pan.
  5. Bake for 10 minutes.
  6. Cool.
  7. Filling: Spread ice cream evenly over crust.
  8. Freeze until ice cream is hard, about 4 hours.
  9. Spoon cherry pie filling over ice cream; freeze again until hard, about 3 hours.
  10. Cut into squares and serve.
