Stir fried bok choy
- 200 grams bok choy (pronounced as xiao bai cai in Chinese), washed and rinsed
- 3 tbsp cooking oil
- 2 tbsp light soya sauce
- Heat cooking oil in frying pan using medium heat.
- Stir fry bok choy for 1 to 2 minutes till evenly cooked.
- Turn off heat.
- Add light soya sauce over bok choy.
- Mix evenly.
- Ready to serve with rice or porridge.
