Stir fried bok choy

  1. Heat cooking oil in frying pan using medium heat.
  2. Stir fry bok choy for 1 to 2 minutes till evenly cooked.
  3. Turn off heat.
  4. Add light soya sauce over bok choy.
  5. Mix evenly.
  6. Ready to serve with rice or porridge.
