Braunschweiger Party Log Recipe

• 1 pkg. braunschweiger (roll type)
• 1/2 pound bacon, fried crisp and broken into pcs
• 3 ounce. pkg. cream cheese

1. Remove plastic film from 1 package (8 oz) roll of Braunschweiger, taking care to retain meat in it's log shape.
2. Frost log with 1 package (3 ounces) whipped cream cheese and roll in crumbled bacon pcs.
3. Chill, serve with crackers.
