Smoked Salmon Dip
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 1 12 cups mayonnaise
- 14 ounces canned artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 12 ounces smoked salmon (or canned salmon)
- 12 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 12 cup drained capers
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 3 -4 dashes hot pepper sauce
- vegetables or cracker, for dipping
- Place cream cheese in 1 1/2 quart slow cooker; cover and cook until cheese is melted, about 30 minutes.
- Mix in remaining ingredients, cover and cook until hot; 1-1 1/2 hours.
