Bacon & Egg Salad on Tomato Rafts

• 4 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
• 1/4 cup MIRACLE WHIP Dressing Family Dollar $3.50 thru 02/07
• 2 Tbsp. CLAUSSEN Sweet Pickle Relish
• 1 tsp. GREY POUPON Dijon Mustard
• 1/4 tsp. pepper
• 4 slices OSCAR MAYER Fully Cooked Bacon, chopped
• 4 thick beefsteak tomato slices King Sooper's 1 lb For $0.99 thru 02/09
• 2 cups loosely packed torn lettuce

1. Combine first 5 ingredients.
2. Stir in bacon.
3. Top tomatoes with egg salad.
4. Serve on lettuce-covered plates.
