Easy Mushroom Pasta

  1. Heat butter in a frying pan over a medium heat and cook onion until soft.
  2. Add mushrooms, cook for a further 2-3 minutes.
  3. Add combined sour cream, tomato paste and Vegemite*.
  4. Heat without boiling until smooth.
  5. Toss through the fettuccine until heated.
  6. Serve pasta topped with parmesan and parsley.
