Easy Mushroom Pasta
- 20g butter
- 1 onion, chopped King Sooper's 1 lb For $0.99 thru 02/09
- 250g button mushrooms sliced
- 300ml light sour cream
- 2 tablespoons tomato paste
- 2 teaspoon VEGEMITE
- 400g fettuccine, cooked to pack instructions and drained
- 1/4 cup KRAFT* Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped Italian parsley
- Heat butter in a frying pan over a medium heat and cook onion until soft.
- Add mushrooms, cook for a further 2-3 minutes.
- Add combined sour cream, tomato paste and Vegemite*.
- Heat without boiling until smooth.
- Toss through the fettuccine until heated.
- Serve pasta topped with parmesan and parsley.
