Easy homemade cottage cheese

  1. Boil the milk and turn off heat.
  2. Add vinegar or lemon and stir the milk.
  3. Wait approx 10mins then turn on the heat again and allow to boil for 10mins.
  4. If it doesnt start to clump, just add a little more vinegar.
  5. Allow to sit for approx an hour, then drain through the cloth.
  6. Hang the cloth from the kitchen faucet and allow the cheese to dry.
  7. If there is any water left, just twist it as much as possible, and leave it for a day.
