Flower Dinner Rolls

  1. Punch down dough.
  2. Shape dough into 12 balls; flatten .
  3. Cut 5 slashes, using scissors, to about 1/2 inch from center, creating petals.
  4. Transfer to prepared baking sheet.
  5. Cover; let rise 25 minutes or until doubled in size.
  6. Combine 1 egg and water in bowl; mix well.
  7. Brush rolls with egg wash; press 1 oyster cracker into center of each roll.
  8. Bake 15-18 minutes until golden brown.
  9. Serve warm with Butter with Canola Oil.
