Root Beer Pulled Pork - Crock Pot Recipe
- 3 lb pork roast
- 1 Any pork rub of your choice, use least amount as possible
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 medium onions, wedges
- 3 cup root beer soda
- 2 cup chili sauce
- 6 garlic cloves, minced
- Rub pork roast with season rub, place in crock pot, add 1 cup of root beer, and onion wedges.
- Cook low for 6 hours or high for 4 hours.
- Once finished, make sauce on stove in sauce pan.
- Add garlic, chili sauce and remaining root beer soda.
- Bring to boil, keep boiling for few moments, then turn off.
- Let cool.
- Once cooling, pull the pork apart.
- Mix with sauce and serve.
