Del Monte Sweet & Sour Almond Chicken

  1. Heat oil in large frypan; add almonds.
  2. Cook and stir over medium heat 2 minutes or until toasted.
  3. Remove almonds with slotted spoon; set aside.
  4. Add chicken to frypan.
  5. Cook and stir over medium-high heat 3 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink.
  6. Add sauce, ginger, beans, carrots and fruit; heat thoroughly.
  7. Serve over rice.
  8. Sprinkle with almonds.
