Chicken, Rabbit, Beef Cacciataco Recipe

• 2 teaspoon McCormick Season-All salt
• 1 (3 lb.) chicken, rabbit or possibly beef or possibly your choice
• 1/4 c. oil
• 1 pkg. (1.25) McCormick taco seasoning mix
• 1/2 c. water
• 1 (16 ounce.) can tomatoes
• Cooked spaghetti

1. Sprinkle Season-All over chicken (rabbit or possibly beef).
2. Brown on all sides in warm oil.
3. Drain.
4. Combine seasoning mix, water and tomatoes, breaking up tomatoes.
5. Pour over chicken.
6. Cover and simmer 30 min or possibly till chicken (or possibly rabbit or possibly beef) is tender.
7. Makes 4 servings.
