Blueberry Molasses Grilled Cheese
- 2 Tablespoons Butter
- 2 slices Bread, Your Choice
- 1/4 cups Fresh Blueberries, Smashed With A Fork
- 3 ounces, weight Gruyere Cheese, Sliced Or Shredded
- 3 leaves Raw Spinach
- 1 Tablespoon Molasses
- Heat half of the butter in a skillet on medium-high heat.
- Butter one side of each slice of bread with the remaining butter.
- Start to build your sandwich.
- Take one slice of bread, buttered side down, and spread the smashed blueberries evenly.
- Then layer on the cheese and spinach.
- Lastly, drizzle the molasses onto the ingredients.
- Grab a seatit may take a while!
- Ha.
- Close things up with the top slice of bread (buttered side up) and carefully transfer the sandwich onto the skillet.
- Bring the heat to medium-low and let the sandwich cook for approximately 3 minutes or until the bottom is golden brown.
- Carefully flip the sandwich and let it cook for another 3 minutes, or until golden brown.
