Creamy Peach Pie

  1. Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
  2. Add ice cream and stir until melted.
  3. Combine milk and pudding mix in small mixer bowl.
  4. Beat at low speed for 2 minutes.
  5. Add gelatin mixture; whip until fluffy.
  6. Fold in non-dairy whipped topping.
  7. Spoon into pie shell.
  8. Chill about 2 hours.
  9. Garnish with additional whipped topping and peach slices.
