Thai-Style Stir-Fried Udon Noodles
- 1 pack Udon noodles
- 60 grams Thinly sliced pork belly
- 1/2 a small onion Onion or green onion
- 5 Cherry tomatoes
- 5 to 10 cm Chinese chives
- 1/2 piece Ginger, finely minced
- 1/2 clove Garlic, finely minced
- 1 Fish sauce
- 1 from 1/4 of a lemon Lemon juice
- Cut the bag the udon noodles are packed in a little bit, and microwave for 30 seconds.
- Then, place the noodles in a sieve and rinse under running water to remove any surface stickiness.
- Heat some oil in a frying pan and stir-fry the garlic and ginger until they are fragrant.
- Add the pork and season lightly with salt and pepper.
- When the pork is cooked, add the thinly sliced onion and stir fry until it's transparent.
- Add the cherry tomatoes.
- Add the chives and udon noodles and stir fry.
- Add the fish sauce and lemon to finish.
