Black Sesame Sweet Potato Paste Bread

  1. After making and cooling the sweet potato paste, make them into 18 g round balls, wrap, and store in the refrigerator on a plate.
  2. Put the all the ingredients except for the yeast and the black sesame into your bread maker and make the dough to the first rise.
  3. After 15 minutes, add the black sesame.
  4. Remove the dough and weigh out enough to fill a square baking pan (360 g).
  5. Take the rest and make rounded shapes.
  6. On the square pan separate into 40 g pieces, make into rounded shapes, and let sit for 15 minutes.
  7. Create a joint at the top and add the potato paste while removing the gas.
  8. Restore the rounded shape.
  9. Position them in rows in a greased pan.
  10. Allow to second rise for 40 minutes.
  11. They should puff up as shown in the picture.
  12. After the rise bake for 16 minutes in the preheated oven at 180C and they're complete!
  13. Cover with aluminum foil after about 7 to 10 minutes to keep them from burning.
  14. The remaining three.
  15. I used 40 g of tsubu-an for these.
  16. Preheat the oven to 190C, then lower the heat to 150C and bake for 15 minutes.
