Black Sesame Sweet Potato Paste Bread
- 250 grams Bread (strong) flour
- 50 grams Cake flour
- 200 ml Milk
- 25 grams Sugar
- 30 grams Margarine
- 4 grams Salt
- 4 grams Dry yeast
- 3 tbsp Black sesame seeds
- 160 grams
- After making and cooling the sweet potato paste, make them into 18 g round balls, wrap, and store in the refrigerator on a plate.
- Put the all the ingredients except for the yeast and the black sesame into your bread maker and make the dough to the first rise.
- After 15 minutes, add the black sesame.
- Remove the dough and weigh out enough to fill a square baking pan (360 g).
- Take the rest and make rounded shapes.
- On the square pan separate into 40 g pieces, make into rounded shapes, and let sit for 15 minutes.
- Create a joint at the top and add the potato paste while removing the gas.
- Restore the rounded shape.
- Position them in rows in a greased pan.
- Allow to second rise for 40 minutes.
- They should puff up as shown in the picture.
- After the rise bake for 16 minutes in the preheated oven at 180C and they're complete!
- Cover with aluminum foil after about 7 to 10 minutes to keep them from burning.
- The remaining three.
- I used 40 g of tsubu-an for these.
- Preheat the oven to 190C, then lower the heat to 150C and bake for 15 minutes.
