Italian-Style Beef and Mushroom Soup

  1. Brown meat with onions and garlic in large saucepan on medium-high heat.
  2. Add mushrooms; cook 5 min.
  3. or until mushrooms release most of their liquid, stirring occasionally.
  4. Add tomatoes, broth and seasoning; stir.
  5. Bring just to boil; simmer, partially covered, on medium-low heat 20 min.
  6. Remove from heat.
  7. Stir in dressing and cheese.
