Seafood Linguine Recipe

  1. Heat extra virgin olive oil in heavy large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add in onion and garlic; saute/fry till onion is golden, about 6 min.
  3. Stir in flour and coriander and cook 1 minute.
  4. Add in wine and cream; bring to boil, stirring constantly.
  5. Add in shrimp and scallops and simmer till shrimp are cooked through, stirring occasionally, about 5 min.
  6. Fold in parsley.
  7. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  8. Pour over linguine and serve.
