Seafood Linguine Recipe
- 3 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2 c. finely minced onion
- 5 garlic cloves, chopped
- 1 tbsp. all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon grnd coriander
- 3 tbsp. dry white wine
- 1 c. whipping cream
- 8 ounce. uncooked shrimp, peeled, deveined
- 8 ounce. bay scallops
- 3 tbsp. minced fresh parsley
- Salt & pepper
- 12 ounce. linguine, freshly cooked
- Heat extra virgin olive oil in heavy large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add in onion and garlic; saute/fry till onion is golden, about 6 min.
- Stir in flour and coriander and cook 1 minute.
- Add in wine and cream; bring to boil, stirring constantly.
- Add in shrimp and scallops and simmer till shrimp are cooked through, stirring occasionally, about 5 min.
- Fold in parsley.
- Season to taste with salt and pepper.
- Pour over linguine and serve.
