Brown Derby's Cobb Salad Recipe

• 1/2 head iceberg lettuce
• 1/2 bn watercress
• 1 bn curly endive - (small)
• 1/2 head Romaine
• 2 Tbsp. chopped chives
• 1 x boneless skinless chicken breast cooked, diced
• 6 x strips bacon cooked, diced
• 1 x avocado peeled, diced
• 3 x hard cooked Large eggs peeled, diced
• 1/2 c. crumbled Roqueford cheese Special French Dressing (see recipe)

1. Chop lettuce, watercress, endive, and Romaine in very fine pcs.
2. Mix together in large wide bowl.
3. Arrange chives, tomatoes, chicken, bacon, avocado, Large eggs, and cheese in rows over lettuce.
4. At the table pour Special Frnech Dressing over salad, toss and serve.
