Tomato, Macaroni and Cheese (Mac and Cheese)
- 3 cups elbow macaroni, cooked and drained
- 1 (14 1/2 ounce) cansmall diced tomatoes with juice
- 14 teaspoon onion powder
- 14 teaspoon salt
- 14 teaspoon pepper
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese, divided
- Combine macaroni, tomatoes, onion powder, salt, pepper and 1 1/2 cups cheddar cheese.
- Pour into a greased 13x9 pan.
- Bake, uncovered, at 350 for 15 minutes.
- Top with remaining cheese and bake until cheese is melted.
