Double-Layered Gelee de Mousse

  1. Mix all ingredients with a whisk.
  2. Add ingredients into a slightly large pot.
  3. Stir over medium heat and dissolve the gelatin.
  4. When the mixture starts to boil, mix in Step 1 in small batches.
  5. Mix everything completely, but don't over mix!
  6. Briefly is fine.
  7. Blanch the ring pan in water.
  8. Pour in the mixture (step 3).
  9. When it's slightly cooled, chill in the fridge.
  10. Remove carefully from the pan to serve.
