Smoked Trout Tostadas

  1. In a medium bowl, combine the trout, tomatoes, avocado and lime juice and toss gently.
  2. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Spoon the mixture onto the corn chips and sprinkle with the chives.
  4. Serve immediately.
