Chicken With Lemon Garlic Sauce

  1. Sprinkle poultry seasoning and salt & pepper on both sides of frozen chicken breasts.
  2. Place chicken breasts in a baking dish which has been sprayed with Pam.
  3. Cover dish.
  4. Bake at 375 for 50 minutes or until fork tender.
  5. Place soup and garlic in a saucepan.
  6. Simmer for 2 minutes.
  7. Add white wine and lemon juice and continue to simmer for another 2 minutes.
  8. Add heavy cream or half & half.
  9. Stir in lemon zest.
  10. Continue to simmer for 2-5 minutes.
  11. Remove from Heat.
  12. Stir in 1 Stick Butter.
  13. Serve chicken breast on a bed of white rice.
  14. Spoon sauce over top.
