Brisket

  1. wash brisket place in deep baking dish ,stainless steel works best .
  2. pour beer over brisket,then coat with seasoning ,sprinkle all spice over entire brisket.
  3. cover pan with plastic wrap,then cover with aluminum foil ti keep steam in
  4. place in 300F oven 3 to 4 hours ,remove from oven let stand covered for 1 hour
  5. remove from pan slice and serve with or without bbq sauce.
