Brisket
- 10 lb brisket
- 16 oz beer
- 1/4 cup montreal stk seasoning
- 1/4 oz all spice
- 1 quart sweet baby rays bbq sauce
- wash brisket place in deep baking dish ,stainless steel works best .
- pour beer over brisket,then coat with seasoning ,sprinkle all spice over entire brisket.
- cover pan with plastic wrap,then cover with aluminum foil ti keep steam in
- place in 300F oven 3 to 4 hours ,remove from oven let stand covered for 1 hour
- remove from pan slice and serve with or without bbq sauce.
