Ancini Di Pepe Recipe
- 3/4 c. ancini di pepe macaroni, cooked, liquid removed and rinsed
- 1 x 20 ounce. can crushed pineapple
- 1 lrg can mandarin oranges, (13-16 ounce)
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. n flour
- 2 x Large eggs
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 sm cont cold whip
- Cook juice from crushed pineapple and mandarin oranges with sugar, flour, Large eggs, and salt till thick.
- Pour over macaroni and fruit mix.
- Cold 4 hrs or possibly overnight.
- Add in 1 small container of cold whip.
- Mix well and chill
